DMPD recognizes that training in ministry partner development is best done through discipleship (not just classroom lectures) and also should be field tested and culturally adapted in each country by those who have been discipled in it. The vision of DMPD is that all those who do ministry partner development will do it with the proper Biblical attitude, and seeking national Christians of their own country to become their ministry partners. This will result in truly indigenous ministries in every country of the world as more and more national Christians financially invest in and pray for the ministry in their own country.
